Bears and the mountain lion were helpless after wildfire burns their paws and the vets try a new treatment

A forest wildfire affected the animals living in the forests especially the bears and lions.

As a result of a wildfire in Southern California the paws of the mountain lion and two bears got burnt.

Fortunately they were not alone and the rescuers went and save them.

Then they were taken to an animal doctor who inspected them and started the treatment.

Without treatment, they may not be able to hunt and live in the wild.

Bandages were applied on the paws of the three.

It was not an easy task for the doctors to change their bandages and even make them pass the treatment.

The animals are afraid of people, and it was a hard task for the doctors to befriend the animals.

The doctors had to anesthetize them every time they had to do either change the bandage or give the medical treatment.

It’s impossible to do that every day. The vets used fish skin as a bandage.

That helped soothing the pain in their paws.

If the animals even eat that bandages it will be healthy for them.

Once all of them were fully healthy, the doctors brought them back to the wild!

As the mountain lion was too young to return to the wild they decided to take him to a care facility where he will be taken care properly.

The fish skin treatments turned out to be effective!
