The rescuers found the poor dog Roscoe chained in the snow.
His former family kept him chained in a thrown house and came once a week to give him some kibble.
He was a kind-hearted dog who didn’t give up and always had hope that one day life will become better.
The dog really lived in bad conditions but still didn’t lose his hope that some kind-hearted person would adopt him one day.
With snow his living conditions became worse.
Luckily someone noticed the dog and immediately contacted a shelter.
We all know that winters are harsh in Illinois and when they came the dog was shivering from freezing.
He was less than 10 pounds. ”
When the dog saw the rescuers he was so happy!
The rescuers wrapped him in a blanket and took him to the car.
He was so happy and excited that his life is saved!
They took him to a warm and safe shelter.
You can understand how happy the dog was by simply looking at the photo where he was gently smiling in rescuer’s arms.
He is so grateful and joyful that finally he found a lovely home.
We hope that soon he will be adopted and surrounded with a new loving family.
