Our wonderful story is about Refugio Villa Lorena that is a one-of-a-kind animal refuge in the world. Ana Julia Torres is the vet who is so caring and adores animals that live there.
You need to know that there are lots of animals living there.
She takes care of lions, nine Bengal tigers, jaguars, a speckled bear, an ostrich.
You can also find there a chimpanzee called Jock and lots of colorful birds.
All the animals living there have been abused in the past.
All of them have lost some part of their body either limbs or eyes.
All the animals are wonderful and it’s understandable that they have completely lost their trust in humanity.
There are almost 800 animals living at the refuge, but Jupiter is Ana’s most lovely animal.
The lion was rescued from the circus where she was abused and completely lost her trust in humanity.
However, due to Ana and her caring behaviour the lion overcame her phobia.
However, the officials didn’t let Anna take care of the lion as she didn’t have any relevant documentation.
The sweet lion was in stress and lost lots of weight.
In order to save Jupiter’s life, the lion was taken somewhere near Ana Julia.
The sweet lion was taken to Cali Zoo where people took care of the lion.
The vets came into conclusion that Jupiter has cancer but he has that one last chance to see his favorite Ana Julia the last time.
Sadly Jupiter because of the devastating illness passed away in 2020.
