The old huge lion is who was kept in cages still has a developed feeling of compassion towards other animals.

Unfortunately the hero of our story named Guero the lion didn’t have an easy past.
The cute and sweet gentle giant had to live his life in small cages.
Thanks to the local animal welfare organization he was rescued from that horrible conditions.
It was very hard for the animal to stay in the cage.
That period of his life affected him both physiologically and physically.
The volunteers who helped to rescue the lion then asked to help the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Colorado.
The reaction was more than welcoming.
The staff at the sanctuary showed their willingness to take care of the sweet creature.
Finally the giant lion had a chance of living a peaceful life.
He got adopted to his new home very quickly and started making friends there.
The gentle giant didn’t use to have a hard past, but that didn’t stop him being friendly and positive.
The sweet giant has been so kind to the animals surrounding him.
The caretakers were amazed to see how the lion shares his food with the sweet squirrel.
As you can understand the friendship between them is about to be born.
It’s so sweet and heartwarming to see how the cute creature shares his meal with the squirrels.
They share a very cute bond!
